Lawrence M. Braun
Lawrence M. Braun is Of Counsel and the former Leader of Sheppard Mullin’s Corporate Practice Group. Holding both a J.D. and an M.B.A. in Finance from Northwestern University, Larry provides a sophisticated blend of legal and financial insight into complex mergers, acquisitions, and securities matters.
Throughout his distinguished career, Larry has served as lead counsel on hundreds of transactions, advising a diverse range of clients from private, family-owned businesses to global corporations. Recognized repeatedly by Chambers & Partners, Best Lawyers, Lawdragon, Super Lawyers, and the Los Angeles Business Journal, he is widely regarded as a premier M&A authority. Larry is also a frequent industry lecturer and a board member of ProVisors.
Donald Snyder
Before retiring at the end of 2024, Donald Snyder was an auditor for the Green Hasson & Janks accounting firm for over 32 years. During his tenure, Don led the audit practice for the firm, focusing his career on building the firm’s robust food and beverage practice.
Don brings a consultative approach to working with companies and their owners and has been a popular speaker to food and beverage industry groups.
Katie Wagner
Katie Wagner is the Founder and CEO of KWSM: a digital marketing agency. The agency specializes in lead generation, helping companies build stable and predictable revenue pipelines that increase value and give prospective buyers confidence. KWSM has served more than 1,000 clients since 2010.
Prior to opening the agency, Katie spent 15 years as a television and radio journalist, working for news outlets worldwide, including ABC, CBS, Fox, CNN & National Public Radio.
Katie also works as a consultant, helping businesses integrate focused lead generation into their sales & marketing plans, and regularly speaks to both corporate and small-business audiences.
Ed Moss
Ed Moss joined Palladium in 2022 as Managing Director, Palladium Heritage, after serving as a consultant to Palladium in 2021. Mr. Moss’s primary focus is deal origination and ongoing portfolio monitoring.
Prior to Palladium, Mr. Moss was a Partner at Hilltop Private Capital and before that, a Managing Director at Lincolnshire Management, where he focused on origination. Mr. Moss earned a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Yale School of Management.
